When we talk about silhouette and diets, we are tempted to think that a person with an incredible body doesn’t eat at
all. In reality, we have a wrong mentality regarding the lifestyle that we should approach. In the daily stress, we forget what we should eat, when, and how.

- Schedule your launch hours
It is best to set 3 meals a day, but you can fix even 5 with the condition that you will have at least a 2 hours break between the meals. Respect the daily program.
- Eat soups
They give you a sensation of satiety, help digestion and have only a few calories.
- Don’t give up sweets
If you give up your favorite desert, once you’ll reach the wanted weight, you will eat so many sweets that will put fat back on. You can always eat sweets, but not too many, of course!
