It is absolutely necessary to drink four mugs of read tea per day (at breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner). Tea is the star ingredient of this diet rich in carbohydrates (pasta, rice, bread) and vegetables, among with a limited consumption of protein-based fish and eggs.

Dinner: Salad, rice soup and fish with vegetables, or beans with vegetables. Add a fruit and a cup of red tea also.

Advice

Vegetables should be eaten raw or boiled. The diet with red tea cleans your organism and is very efficient in quick weight loss.
